Terms and Conditions

  1. EASYRIDER TOURS cannot be held responsible for any other aspect of your trip that is not under our direct control.
  2. EASYRIDER TOURS shall not be held liable for any injury, damage or loss of luggage, delay or illness howsoever caused to the passenger whilst on their tour/service.
  3. We thoroughly recommend that all our passengers have their own travel insurance.
  4. Some of EASYRIDER TOURS operate in remote areas and we reserve the right to alter the route or intinerary if road, weather or other conditions interfere with our tours. No refund is given should this occur.
  5. EASYRIDER TOURS cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of any delay, curtailment or alteration of any tour, whether caused by severe weather conditions, mechanical failure or any other causes. These are the responsibility of the passenger.
  6. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
  7. The balance due is to be paid prior to departure direct to :

    NB. Payment may be made in full to any of our APPROVED travel agents.
  8. If cancellation occurs prior to departure, any money paid to Easyrider or to a booking agent for Easyrider, will incur a fee of ;
    1. 14 days or more prior to departure 25%.
    2. 8-13 days prior to departure 30%
    3. 3-7 days prior to departure 50%
    4. No refund is given on cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or failure to join or complete the tour.
    5. No refund is given on alteration of the route or intinerary if road, weather or other conditions interfere with included (external) tours.
    6. No refund is given for non-participation of included (external) tours, or failure to join or complete the tour.
  9. If cancellation occurs BEFORE the first leg of any tour is taken, the above cancellation fees apply. If cancellation occurs AFTER the first leg of any tour has been taken there is no refund given.
  10. Meals are NOT included in ANY of the tour prices as stated on the brochure.
  11. Accommodation is only included on specified tours and will be included for the overnight stop of that particular bus (2 nights at each stop). Any extended nights or upgrades in accommodation to be paid by the passenger direct to the hostel on arrival.
  12. The Book-A-Bed-Ahead Accommodation booking service is provided Free to travellers by Easyrider Tours and requires payment of bed night direct to the hostel on arrival.
  13. Hostels on the circuit are independently owned & operated. Easyrider Tours will not be held responsible for any aspect of their operation.
  14. Optional tours offered are at the personal expense of the passenger.
  15. Meal Deals offered are at the personal expense of the passenger.
  16. All transport & tours are approved by the Department of Transport – Western Australia.
  17. Our buses used are all AIR-CONDITIONED & either Toyota Coasters (21 seater) or Hinos (29 seater) and have a 1,2 or 3 star rating. Easyrider Tours reserve the right to use vehicles as required in the event of breakdown.
  18. Passes issued by Easyrider Tours are only transferrable on any unused portion of circuit.

JUMP ON JUMP OFF

  1. Passes may only be used once for each sector of the circuit.
  2. Discounts offered are direct from the individual hostel or tour operator concerned and EASYRIDER TOURS cannot be held liable for any changes they may make to their discounts throughout the year.

TOURS

  1. Any tours incorporated into the tours are run by other private tour operators and EASYRIDER TOURS will not be held responsible or liable for any aspect of the tours operation.
  2. National Park entry fees ARE included in the price of the tour. (One entry only into each Park)
  3. Dolphins, Whales, Whale Sharks, Dugongs, Turtles and Sharks are all wild creatures and EASYRIDER TOURS cannot be held responsible for their shyness whilst we are visiting!!
